Local Author Fair
Local Author Fair 2026
Discover the talented writers in our community at the Platteville Public Library’s first ever Local Author Fair, held as part of Platteville Main Street’s Small Business Saturday celebration. Meet local and regional authors, browse a variety of books and stories, and find something new to read while supporting the writers who call our area home.
Authors representing a wide range of genres, styles, and age groups will be on hand to showcase their work, chat with readers, and sell copies of their books. Whether you’re looking for your next great read, searching for a unique gift, or simply curious about the writers and stories being created in our community, we invite you to stop by and meet the people behind the books.
Date: Saturday, November 28, 2026
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Cost: Free
Location: Platteville Public Library, 2nd floor
