The VITA program offers free tax help to low-to-moderate-income (generally $49,000 and below) people who cannot prepare their own tax returns.
The Platteville Public Library is hosting this volunteer program in collaboration with UW-P.
Hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 to 3 p.m.
Special hours on Friday, April 15 from 1 to 5 p.m.

February is officially “Library Lovers Month”. So we invite all Platteville residents of all ages to visit the library on Sunday, Feb. 13, 1-5 p.m. There will be special programs featuring a knight in shining armor and his princess, library tours, games, door prizes, and refreshments.
