2012 Spotted-in-Ink contest

What you need to know:

• Starts June 11
• Ends July 31
• First prize: $100 (one prize in EACH division)
• Second prize: $50 (one prize in EACH division)
• Divisions:
  • Middle school prose
  • Middle school poetry
  • High school prose
  • High school poetry
• Middle school = completing grades 6-8
• High school = completing grades 9-12

To enter your work electronically:

1. Fill out this form for EACH piece you are submitting.
2. Send your entry/entries as an attachment to teens@plattevillepubliclibrary.org.
   1. Attachments must be sent as a Microsoft Office Word document, an OpenOffice document, or a PDF.
   2. The document filename must contain the title of your piece and your first and last name.
      ex: MyStory – by JaneDoe.doc
   3. The subject of your email should be “Spotted-in-ink 2012″
   4. The text of your email should include the title of your piece and your first and last name.
